| [目的] 探讨中医药高校学报(以下简称学报)提升社会效益的思路和途径。[方法] 通过解读相关规定，并结合自身的办刊实践，从社会责任和文化影响、出版质量和学术影响力、办刊方式和队伍建设几个方面，探讨提升学报社会效益的思路和途径。[结果] 作为中医药高校主办的学术期刊，学报具有维护学术生态、引领学术创新、促进学科发展等社会责任，也承担着中医药文化传播的重要职责，因此提升社会效益必须首先重视社会责任，提升文化影响。提高出版质量主要在于重视选题策划，严格遴选审稿专家，培养优质的作者团队；创办英文期刊，有助于提升学术影响力。优化办刊方式，突出办刊特色，加强队伍建设，也是促进学报发展，提升社会效益的重要策略。[结论] 学报应重视社会责任，提高出版质量和学术影响力，加强队伍建设，优化办刊方式，从而提升社会效益。 |

| [Objective] To explore the ideas and ways of improving social benefits of journals of universities of traditional Chinese medicine(hereinafter referred to as journals).[Methods] By interpreting relevant regulations， combining with self practice of running journals， this paper discussed the ideas and ways to improve the social benefits of journals from the aspects of social responsibility and cultural influence， publishing quality and academic influence， ways of running journals and team construction. [Results] As an academic journal sponsored by universities of traditional Chinese medicine， the journal not only has the social responsibility of maintaining academic ecology， leading academic innovation and promoting discipline development， but also undertakes the important responsibility of cultural communication of traditional Chinese medicine. Therefore， to improve social benefits， editors must first attach importance to social responsibility and enhance cultural influence. To improve the publication quality， editors should pay attention to the topic planning， strictly select manuscript reviewers and cultivate a high-quality author team; the establishment of English periodicals will help to enhance academic influence. Optimizing the way of running journals， highlighting the characteristics of running journals and strengthening the team construction are also important strategies to promote the development of journals and enhance social benefits. [Conclusion] Journals should attach importance to social responsibility， improve publishing quality and academic influence， strengthen team construction and optimize the way of running journals， so as to improve social benefits. |
