      [目的] 总结首届全国名中医武连仲教授运用极泉刺治疗中风病的学术经验。[方法] 研读中医古籍,结合临床跟师学习体会,介绍武氏极泉刺的概念及临床操作,并列举医案进行佐证。[结果] 武老提出“前极泉”和“后极泉”的概念,创立了武氏极泉刺。所列举的中风病急性期患者,患侧上肢痿软,针刺前极泉,使上肢关节屈曲,增强肌力及肌张力;中风病后遗症期的患者,患肢挛缩,针刺后极泉,伸展上肢关节,缓解挛曲状态。 [结论] 武老创立了武氏极泉刺法,该刺法促进中风病患者肢体功能恢复,提高了针刺治疗中风后运动障碍的临床疗效。

      [Objective] To summarize the academic experience of Professor WU Lianzhong, one of the first batch of national famous Chinese medicine practitioners, in the treatment of stroke hemiplegia using Jiquan acupuncture methods. [Methods] Learn ancient traditional Chinese medicine books, combined with studying from Professor WU, introduce WU‘s Jiquan acupuncture methods concept and clinical operation, and cite two cases to support. [Results] Professor WU put forward the concepts of Front Jiquan Point and Back Jiquan Point, and created WU‘s Jiquan acupuncture methods. In the medical cases, the patient was in acute stage of stroke, the affected upper limb was in flaccid paralysis period, Professor WU acupunctured the Front Jiquan point to flex the upper limb joints, strengthened myodynamia and muscular tension. Another patient was in sequelae stage of stroke, the joints of the affected upper limb were contracted, Professor WU acupunctured the Back Jiquan point to stretch the upper limb joints, the contracture joints were relieved. [Conclusion] Professor WU created the WU‘s Jiquan acupuncture methods. This acupuncture method promoted the recovery of upper limb function in stroke patients and improved the clinical efficacy of acupuncture in the treatment of post-stroke movement disorders.
