      [目的]明确浙贝母优质药材产区的空间分布情况。[方法]通过实地走访调查和采样,收集浙贝母药材样品和分布信息。再根据浙贝母中贝母素甲、贝母素乙的含量,生态环境因子和空间分布数据,利用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测法(High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Evaporative Light Scattering Detector, HPLC-ELSD)、ArcGIS空间计算功能、最大信息熵模型、统计产品与服务解决方案软件(Statistical Product and Service Solutions, SPSS)的统计分析方法,进行浙贝母质量适宜性等级区划。[结果]不同产地所产浙贝母中生物碱含量差别较大,且生物碱含量较高的区域主要集中在浙江和江苏两个省份。[结论]这与生产实践的经验相吻合,可以为浙贝母的规范化种植和引种提供科学依据。浙江省东部及北部和江苏省东部较适合高品质浙贝母的种植。
英文摘要:
      [Objective] In order to clarify the spatial distribution of high-quality medicinal materials of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq.. [Methods] We collected samples and distribution information of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq. by field visits and sampling. Based on the contents of Peimine, Peiminine in Fritillaria thunbergii Miq., ecological environmental factors and spatial distribution data, using High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Evaporative Light Scattering Detector (HPLC-ELSD) method, Geographic Information System (ArcGIS) spatial calculation function,maximum information entropy model, Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) statistical analysis method, Carry on the quality suitability grade division of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq. The results show that the content of alkaloids in Fritillaria thunbergii Miq. [Results] Produced in different places is quite different. The areas with higher alkaloid content in Fritillaria thunbergii Miq. are concentrated in the two provinces of Zhejiang and Jiangsu. [Conclusion] The results are consistent with the experience of production practice and can provide scientific basis for standardized cultivation and introduction of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq. Eastern and northern Zhejiang Province and eastern Jiangsu Province are more suitable for the cultivation of high-quality Fritillaria thunbergii Miq..
