| [目的]整理分析葛琳仪教授(以下简称葛老)治疗消化系统肿瘤术后胃肠功能紊乱的特色经验。[方法]通过随师门诊，整理相关医案，从病因病机、辨证论治、用药特色等方面总结分析葛老治疗消化系统肿瘤术后胃肠功能紊乱的临证经验，并列举验案一则加以说明。[结果]葛老认为本病的病机主要可以归为:“脾胃虚弱，中焦失和”“情志郁结，肝失疏泄”和“内生诸邪，郁滞不解”三方面，治疗上以健脾和中为基础，常用六君子汤加减，再佐以柴胡、木香、枳壳、佛手、苍术、厚朴、当归、丹参等药物疏肝理气、豁痰化瘀。所举验案中患者辨为脾胃虚弱证，葛老拟健脾和中法随证加减，疗效显著。[结论]葛老以健脾和中为基础，辅以疏肝理气、豁痰化瘀等方法治疗消化系统肿瘤术后胃肠功能紊乱疗效显著，颇具特色，具有重要临床意义。 |

| [Objective]To collate and analyze the characteristic experience of Professor GE Linyi in treating gastrointestinal disorder after operation of digestive system tumor.[Methods]Through attending the outpatient work, and collating the relevant medical records of Professor GE Linyi, Professor GE Linyi’s clinical experience in treating gastrointestinal disorder after operation of digestive system tumor was summarized, and a medical record was presented to explain.[Results]Professor GE Linyi believes that the pathogenesis of this disease can be mainly classified into the following three points: “weakness of the spleen and stomach, disharmony of Middle Jiao”“emotions depression leads to liver failing to discharge” and“stagnation of endogenous evils are difficult to resolve”. The treatment should be based on strengthening the spleen and harmonizing the stomach, and the Liujunzi Decoction is commonly used, supplemented with Bupleuri Radix, Aucklandiae Radix, Aurantii Fructus, Citri sarcodactylis Fructus, Atractylodis Rhizoma, Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex, Angelicae Sinensis Radix, Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix and other drugs to soothe the liver and regulate Qi, eliminate phlegm and remove blood stasis. In the case, the patient was identified as weakness of spleen and stomach syndrome, Professor GE Linyi proposed to strengthen the spleen and harmonize the stomach, and the prescriptions were added and subtracted with syndrome, the curative effect was remarkable.[Conclusion]Professor GE Linyi’s treatment of gastrointestinal disorder after operation of digestive system tumor is based on strengthening the spleen and harmonizing the stomach, supplemented by soothing the liver and regulating Qi, eliminating phlegm and removing blood stasis, it is characteristic and has important clinical significance. |
